Delete your account

You can delete your PromoPrint account at any time, either from inside the app or by writing to us. This page explains both routes and exactly what gets deleted.

1. Delete it from the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

1. Open PromoPrint and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Plan and account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Read what will be removed, confirm, and — if your account has a password — enter it.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your account — name, email address and sign-in credentials.
• Your print history.
• Your purchase records held by us.

If you are the last member of your organisation, everything belonging to that organisation is deleted with it: products, categories, branches and label templates. If other people still belong to it, that data is theirs and stays; only your account is removed.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We keep no backup copy for you.

4. What deletion does not do

It does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store are held by the store, not by us, and only you can cancel them:

• Google Play — Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → PromoPrint → Cancel.
• App Store — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PromoPrint → Cancel.

Cancel there before deleting your account, otherwise the store keeps billing you for an account that no longer exists.

5. What we may keep

We keep records we are legally required to hold — invoices and tax records, for the retention period the law sets — and server logs, which are rotated automatically. These contain no usable copy of your catalogue or label data.
